She asked where the dog came from and the worker told her from a breeder. The paper work, that was filled out by the owner said they came from the pet store. So the Owners did not lie. The worker failed to give the correct answer. Which would lead me to believe they really were not concerned. What personal knowledge would enable you to critique the lack of training on the part of a volunteer in a shelter in Minnesota? You have labeled someone that you have no interaction with personally as untrained, very flippant, rude and non-caring. Let's not forget to mention that you called me snotty.
