Took my Rudy to the Vet yesterday and Were extremely excited to hear that almost 3 years old he has finally reached 3.8lbs
You will never know how everyday we struggle to get him to gain weight. I find that because he is so tiny people always come up to us and ask if he is a teacup, at first I would explain that there is no such thing and they usually dont listen and would say to a friend or whomever they are with look at this little teacup yorkie
Now i just smile and say he is smaller than normal and struggle with him to gain and maintain his weight!
The vet says he is just small boned and will probably never get to 4lbs. but I live in HOPE! he is just so skinny compared to my other babies
