Yes it does. It eliminates him getting testicular cancer and other health benefits. Unneutered males will roam. Unneutered males will mark their territory so he could mark in your home. They can have aggression towards other male dogs. If you want to breed him its your choice but you should consider these things and also if he is a good example of the breed to breed.
