Then I would give them time to fall out on their own. If they havent fell out by 1 yr old youll want to have the vet pull them because they can cause infection also they normally have bad breath problems when they have those extra teeth. Alot of people just have it done at the neuter so they dont have to put them under twice if they need it done later. Why arent you getting him neutered is he for breeding? If not there are alot of health and behavoral benefits to having them neutered
