Here is the pertinent rule: "We do NOT ALLOW any Yorkies for sale if you personally aren't selling them yourself unless approved in advance by us. We have had too many issues and problems of members "selling for their friend, etc." If they want to post a Yorkie for sale, let them create their OWN YorkieTalk account and post the details themselves. We will NOT ALLOW any brokers, puppy mills, agents, or anyone posting Yorkies for sale if they are not in your possession. You MUST have the Yorkie(s) in your possession if you want to post in here unless you have permission in advance."

So, I guess the question is -- which rule did you break? Posing as someone you are not? Placing an ad for someone else? I hope you see where confusion might set in.
I will admit that i didn't read ALL the rules. But i put the name of the person selling on the ad (i never POSED as someone else), and aside from my profile having a completely different name there was a previous post when i put a facebook links to pics of both me and Taylor. So i hope you can at least appreciate my dismay at reading that everyone was taking me for the other person. If i came back here and saw MYSELF being bashed for posting the ad for someone ELSE, I'D BE OK, because it would be that i was getting lambasted for something i did, not for being a pet store owner or whatever else everyone deems the other person to be. It just seemed that people looked at the part of certain posts that they choose to when reaching their judgment. I asked a genuine question on this post and a member her and the owner of ONE dog.

The sad thing is that when i started looking for a yorkie i came here and it was someone here that sent me to the person that the ad was posted for. Now isn't that something.
