Diarrhea can be very exhaustive. I almost suspect a possible blockage from a foreign body or intussuception. With a blockage, many times the liquid is all that can pass. How is her appetite? Has she vomited at all? Is she gassy or bloated looking?
May be good to offer her some Pedialyte in her water and try it in her food too. Helps to replenish electrolytes lost from having diarrhea.
