Although, what is interesting is that Coriander, the seeds from the Cilantro plant are known for their anti-bacterial compound, Dodecenal. Which when researched and tested proved to be stronger than other anti-bacterials such as Gentamicin in fighting Salmonella infections. Kind of ironic huh? Just one of the tidbits learned along the way. Useful once in a lifetime! |
