See, now we're all freaked out about getting caught!  And I tried the toggle thing (alt/esc) and it didn't do anything for me. I'm assuming you need to have another internet window open and ready to toggle to, right? Why doesn't mine do it? But even if I have another internet window up, at the bottom of my screen where it shows what I have open but reduced, there's that dang strip that says "YorkieTalk,com forum..." so if the boss looked closely overy my shoulder, he'd see that! I read somewhere once that there's a screen that looks like a fake spreadsheet that you can toggle to to make it look like you're actually working! But seriously, what can you tell me about the clean-up thing and toggle?? |
When I worked and was making cd's all the time for my kids...I would manually go into my
WINDOWS folders - look for Temporary Internet Files...COOKIES & HISTORY
sometimes with a disk cleanup - they don't go away - it just depends on the computer -
If you don't know where these folders are - go to your START button - and SEARCH using those words (Temporary Internet Files & Cookies) ....your computer will find those folders and you can click into them and make sure they are empty.
