make him sit before you give him anything. if he acts aggressive toward the other dog then say "nope" and walk away without giving him anything. wait a few minutes then try again, if he acts up again, say 'nope" and walk away. he needs to learn that if he is aggressive in any way then he doesn't get treats. treats include cookies, bones, chewies, and wet food. you need to take away anything he acts aggressive with until he learns he cannot behave that way. if he wants nice things then he has to be a nice boy.
