My year old boy displays very aggressive behavior when I give a treat to him when another dog is around. He will charge the other dog even though I give him the treat first. The other dog (right now) is my daughter's yorkie. He has known her for the past year, plays with her and even cuddles with her. He also behaves this way when we feed him and her their dinner. (WE usually mix some wet food with the dry food) We have to separate them and monitor them until they are done. He does not display this behavior when just the dry food is out. They both can eat out of the same bowl and take turns. What's this aggression all about? Deuce is a lover, kisses all the time and allows people to touch him. Any suggestions to get him over this?
