I don't have any experience with incontinence either but could it be he is kicking himself and that is why he is wet. Does it smell like urine? Could he be peeing a little from excitement when you come home? I think it is encouraging that he has been watched closely by the vet. Hopefully it is nothing serious or nothing at all. I know you must feel so alone but we are all here for you.
