I have been putting a rubber band in Tinkerbell's hair since she came home atleast a few times a week. I want her to get use to the feel of it. Your pup looks like she has enough hair right now to pull up in rubberband. Try it out. The rubber band doesn't necessarily go on top of the head, it sort of goes more on the forehead. You want to be able to get the hair right above the eyes pulled up into it. If all else fails tape it or velcro it!!
