My guess is that if she doesn't act like she is starving or hungry and has good bowel movements then she would be okay.
We feed ours twice a day between 7-8 and 7-8 and sometimes they hardly touch their dinner. Ours range in size from 6-9 pnds.
We found that dry kibble works great and if they seem finicky (which every once in a while someone seems to get a burr up their behind and just refuse the food, we add water and chicken broth to it and let is soak for about 10-20 minutes).
Then presto! It's amazing new food (at least you would think it was!) |
