Welcome!! As for your baby, I would have her off to ANOTHER vet for a second opinion. Sometimes, it is hard to take a fresh look at something when the vet sees the patient regularly. Same as with human docs. Parasites, worms, bacteria, virus, stress situations, food changes, foreign objects, toxins are but a few of the things that cause these symptoms. IF the gut has a problem, it sends a message to the stomach to not send food down there. So, vomiting then loss of appetite occurs..The stress can be sensed from you so try to remain as calm as possible. DO NOT allow a really uptight person to handle your baby. Make sure everyone who has anything to do with her WASH,WASH,WASH those hands. Do not change a whole bunch of things-either adding or substracting things.
Does she have a fever? If so, when? Start a journal of activities and any occurences out of the ordinary. I know this sounds like a lot, but really, most of these things are already in place. Keep us informed as to her progress..
Best of luck with her..
