The tone of this thread has been less than constructive as I read it. I see nothing wrong with a thumbs down review as not all products will meet the needs of all customers. It's unfair, however, when the posts suggest that the company waters down the product to charge more and deliver less. And, when Walnut Hill responded that she did not water down the product and in fact her product did not contain water, she was challenged about her product's water composition and later its PH.
