Staph infections on dogs are VERY common, especially in those with allergies. Looks like there are two lesions, which to me would indicate the need for an antibiotic IF it is staph. If there is one, sometimes it will clear up with an antibiotic cream.
They are often crusty with some discharge, but not always. I just know how they look as I have dealt with them many times. Really not a big deal!
