I appreciate any and all comments. There in no way to improve if people who don't like a product never say anything. The only thing I have really changed since day 1 is the scent. And, the watery consistency has been the biggest complaint I have had (hence the foamer bottles). So, please don't feel like holding back. I wish you would have been more specific when you tried it out over a year ago, LOL
I am like you, though. If I don't like something I just don't post about it, and if I do like something, I rave about it.
And, believe me, I don't have so many orders I don't care. I have taken a lot of suggestions - developed the conditioner because that was a complaint at first - only shampoo. Then the detangler because someone suggested that. Then the foamer bottles, then bigger bottles, then introducing a fragrance free. Everything I have done has been based on YT complaints and suggestions.
