Honestly, when someone told me about the thread and I looked at the title, I thought, "What?" - I would probably only be so harsh if something bad had happened, like my dog's hair fell out. I couldn't imagine what would have happened to make someone SO upset about my shampoo. But, after initially being taken aback, I had to realize that everyone has different ways of looking at things. And, maybe the OP was thoroughly shocked at the waxy feeling after using the shampoo for the first time. That's why I warn people - the first time can be a little crazy.
Nestled in the "harsh" comments were some things that I can turn into constructive criticism. I just think that as long as we keep our wits about us and not get all worked up about stuff, we can have rational conversations on YT. I have been involved in so many flaming arguments here that I'm starting to get immune to it, LOL.
And, thanks to everyone who posted that they do like it, too. The confidence I was starting to lose is back.
