My mom was dog sitting for me this weekend while I was out of town, and when I returned, I noticed a rash on Howie's chest and inside his arms (armpit area). I thought he may be irritated by the grass that my parents have at their house, so a bathed him. However, it looks like the rash under his armpit is not going away, or getting any better. I wanted to wait a day or two before taking him to the vet since he doesn't seem to be in any pain or bothered by it (besides some licking here and there). I plan on calling the vet tomorrow if it doesn't look better, but....
wanted to ask if anyone has ever seen this or can tell if it maybe an allergic reaction to food? I changed him over to Wellness about 2 months ago. I have once noticed a little spotting on his chest, but they went away in a day or so. Any insight is appreciated!
