We used to go to the dog park at the end of Broadway and I really liked it there! There were quite a few small dogs around for Layla to play with, but she has always been pretty scared of other dogs in general! She likes the big, old, slower dogs. They're more her pace!
I didn't even realize I had to license Layla for the first year I was in Saskatoon, but I did do it when I found out. We never had a problem with it before, but my brother knew some people who got a big fine for not having their dog registered. I guess every once in awhile they will randomly go house to house to see if there are any pets and if they are registered.
Oh and Cosmo has an adorable name! Layla was already registered as "Roda Birch" when I got her. I wish I would have been able to pick her registered name! Roda just didn't work for me!
