Wiping butts is not something that should be happening or need to be done after pooping on a daily because of poop being stuck to the backside of your puppy. I have three pups and I can't tell you the last time that I needed to wipe a butt because there was poop stuck to the hair. It just should not happen if their poop is firm and hard from a good quality food.. If you need to put your pup into the sink to wash after or need to use baby wipes after pooping you need to look at what you are feeding him/her.

Well I wquld have agreed until about 2 wks ago, Razz is kept trimmed an further more is wrapped, but three days in a row he came in with poo stuck on the backside of him more over to his leg then directly underneath his anus. Wed training day, I talk to my breeder, and I said what gives? She started chuckling and said, I bet he is siding up to either some plants or the fence in your garden. So next morning I waited until it was light out, and as usual I walked out with him and watched him do his business, and sure enough the little stinker was setting his butt up against the fence.

So now before I let him out I spray conditioning sprays all over his little rear legs and but, and if he comes back in, with his business stuck to him, I bring him to washroom and it easily comes off and I quickly wipe.
