Sorry your baby isn't feeling well..Fiona was just on Metro a few ago, howeer, when they are on that, they usually shouldn't be given their normal food, my vet had her on a bland diet for a couple days until I notice her stools were back to normal. I would try making some white rice and hamburger meat for a few days. Metro is an antibiotic so you wanna give it with food, not on an empty stomach....did your vet do any xrays or anything!? Might be a forgien object in the stomach!? Good Luck.....I noticed Fiona perked up after the first dose of metro....
