Just ask your vet if they are experienced with tiny dogs anesthesia. It is much safer to do this than to let bad teeth continue to set up a bacteria fest in their mouth. It can even lead to heart problems! I just had dentals done on 2 of mine. Ben is 4 lbs and did fine with the surgery. I had him neutered at the same time. Don't put off having his teeth taken care of -- it really could be a matter of life and death!
