Well first I'm gonna ask you to look into a kennel licenses for your dogs I know in my area you can get one weather or not you breed but in some areas you have to have a small business license and a note from your vet saying you breed or you have to have documentation that you use the dogs for hunting so i understand that it might not be possible but i do think its worth the check

second if the dogs come into your yard the i would say yes snatch them take them to a rescue it would be best for them but please do not go Into there yard and take the dogs that is theft and you can be fined and have your dogs taken away
