No I do not think they understand nor do I think they care about the dogs. They drive by and see their dog In my yard with my yorkies and do not think a thing, to young and to busy for these poor dogs, hardly ever home. So the dogs are left out 20 hours a day with no shelter. Just plain ignorant. |
