Don't really care, with all the little ones around she needs a little size to her. Her personality is awesome. She loves to play, but also loves to cuddle. We live in the country and spend lots of time outside. My question to you all....... How early should I have her groomed? Her hair is growing super fast and I have only had her 9 days! I have no idea what cut to ask for. Long hair would never survive in our household as she is our baby and will not attend any shows! But I still want to her to remain feminine!
She shouldn't be groomed until she's had her full compliment of shots.

Since your family is active and spend a lot of time out doors, and for your sanity and hers, keep her cut short. You can still make her look girly with a topknot and bows. Leave her leg furnishings long. Then of course you can clip her down on her body and leave a skirt all around. Depending on her coat texture, which is impossible to tell at this point, you may want the skirt taken off, later. But, for now, all you have to do is ask for a puppy cut.

As for a modified snauzer with a skirt. Make sure you tell them not to cut her topknot.
