You do not want to make any majoy changes to what they are used to eating - that will upset their tummy. What worked for me was to take their puppy kibble, put it in a little bowl, add a little bit of water, squirt a bit of honey - and put it in the microwave until it became moist. I know - it stinks - but I think that the smell gets them to at least go and try it out. You can add to that a little bit of baby food - preferably chicken.

And remember - changes to their diet should be done gradually.
