That spot is *exactly* what Marcel's local vasculitis spot looks like...the hair is gone, and the skin is tougher and has those brown areas.
Wylie has a vasculitis spot in the same basic area, but it has no brown areas...just thicker skin and hairless (like the size of a nickel).
I believe both of these are from rabies
