on your success. It is so difficult to try to get folks to understand and listen to others opinions. Thank you for being a voice for the little babies! We need more people like you in the world! I have my opinions but do not do well when it comes to speaking up especially with people I work with. I will slip in a comment here or there or say "ooh, I could never do that" but am truly afraid of confrontation at work.
