Oh, no, wait. I think I was looking at a different area of the pic. Are you are talking about the little bulge halfway between the top set of nipples? It is kind of a white spot with no hair, I can't tell if it is a bulge or not. It is possible it could be a tiny hernia. Let your vet check it.

In my previous yorkie, I found a bump that could be felt under the skin in that area, and I suspected a hernia. When she was spayed, the vet checked it so that it could be fixed at that time. It actually turned out to be -- get this -- the remnants of her umbilical cord. She had a belly button!

So, it could be nothing but only your vet will know if it is a hernia or not.

I hope your Izzy has a belly button.
