As a few people have said I would try pinneapple. You could buy the canned pineapple, but also buy fresh and cut it into small pieces. I have also heard of pumpkin. You can buy pumpkin puree in a can and give that to them. I puppy sat a golden retriever and he had a poop-eating problem. The owner had a pumpkin puree and I took less than a teaspoon and watered it down. Then I took a syringe and gave it to him, almost like a treat. I don't know if it was the pumpkin or it was a stage he just grew out of, but he stopped eating his poo in about 2 weeks.
