A few months ago I posted a request for help with talking a couple of women out of breeding their oh so small females! I failed and they went ahead and bred the little things one had 4 puppies and the other had six.
I was in a meeting with these two women yesterday and asked them how their little ones were - both of them have had their dogs spayed!!!!!!!!!!!
One even told me how correct I was about how expensive it was with dew claws, shots tails etc. She said she didn't make any money on them at all.
The really good news is that there was yet another yorkie mom in this meeting and she listened to the conversation then told us that she had thought about breeding her little girl at least once but if it was that much trouble she wouldn't do it. The owner that had six puppies added that if she got a sick puppy the expense was even greater!
