Usually they wont spay while they are in heat but if your vet says there are no complications from it I would trust his judgement. Now its been yrs since Jewels was spayed but I remember the worst time she had was the night of the spay. She just shook and seemed uncomfortable. I think it was from the anesthesia. The next day though she was her normal self. I think you have allowed enough time. Just make sure they give you pain meds because some vets dont unless you ask. She may not need them but they are good to have in case. I dont know about the onsie so Ill let someone else answer that. I know you will worry but try not to too much this is done every day and is being done by a qualified vet. Good luck |
