I hear you BonBon! I'm waiting to see what the BBB has to say about the ripoff, pro rated refund. On a lighter note, I talked to a rep at HealthyPaws last night, her name is Jen Sherwood...what a doll!. It was 7:00pm last night and she was still working! We must have chatted for 30 minutes about all things insurance. I asked about the records that I had submitted and she said we were good to go and that she didn't require anything else. I really, really like her and what she had to say. She told me that she would have covered the ant bites hands down no questions and told me about many claims that they have covered...they seem very lenient. I got an email from her this morning thanking me for the chat and wanted pictures of Harlie to show her team. I feel very secure with this company at this point.
