That poor tiny little girl. Is looks minutes away form death!
I have to say that when I brought Truman home his body looked the EXACT same way! Every bone was protruding from his body. It just brought back all the memories of when he was first here with us.
As for the 9 yr old that kept the dog in a box~I have a 9 yr old neice and she would have enough sense to not let an animal starve to death.
