Hmm.. Im not sure, Ive never really heard of this behaviour before.
But I posted a thread not long ago because my pup would pee in the garden but would only poop on her pad indoors, another member suggested that they are in a vunerable position when going potty and maybe she dosnt feel confident enough to go poop in the garden yet.
Maybe its the same with Tululah, she may feel the balcony is her 'safe place' ... as she grows im sure she will become more confident and begin to potty when out on walks.
