Yes, Tallulah is still a baby. She played with several older Yorkies, including another baby and one adorable little girl who is tiny because of a liver shunt that was successfully treated with surgery. They are all very well -mannered and under supervision. I feel like this was the best choice because she simply isn't ready to be alone at all and the family member who was planning to babysit for me is taking care of a dear friend who unexpectedly needs a caregiver for a few weeks. We decided that she could not do both safely.
Now I'm thinking that if Tallulah is this happy in daycare, maybe that's better for her than just being with people. I don't want her to forget how to play nicely with other dogs. |
