I want to know the age also..but if he is at least 18 mos, had numberous chances to breed and it is a no go..I would neuter and look for another stud.
Not all males make good stud dogs..some are born, some are made and others are just not worth the worry of having a male who is not reliable.

PS..if this male is a champion you have invested a lot of your time and hope in, you can have a repo vet test him...otherwise it would not be worth it to me.
