I've given a homeless man I've seen around a few times a bag of treats for his dog.
Where I live, there are people at EVERY intersection now. They usually collect for group places and things like that, which I unfortunately don't have a lot of money to give. So, whenever I see a person with a dog, I give them a bag of treats or a little bag of food if I have one.
