In my downtown we have what I like to call really not homeless people. I am down there every day, I refuse not to give them money but I would give them food.
I use to live downtown Cleveland and there was a really nice homeless man on the street I use to walk my Tucker. Except there was something fishy about him, he always had brand new clothes and shoes and an IPOD! Needless to say one day I saw him parking a lexus at a meter about one street away from his corner.
