i wouldnt, atleast not where I live. I have seen these "homeless" people (even some with dogs)... stand there, ask for food/money/work. Then I see a nice white BMW pull up, the "homeless' person gets in, and another gets out.
Now, I have seen a homeless man with a dog at a mcdonalds one day, getting water for his dog. Unfortunately, I to only had about $10 to my name, so helping was not an option. I guess if the homeless person was 'legit' and I had the means to help, I would. |
