Every dog I've had has done this. It cracks me up. It's as if they look at the spot and decide that it doesn't look right, then they proceed to dig and nest to get things "just right." Then, even though they have moved or changed absolutely nothing, it is suddenly perfect and more comfy and the new-and-improved spot.
