Thank you! I have always used harnesses on my dogs, never collars. I guess it might look like a collar since it rides up a little to fit under her snowsuit. It's actually one of the silk harnesses from a YT seller (can't think of her name for the life of me right now).
It's always good to educate others on the dangers of using a collar though! I am always paranoid about my dogs developing trachea problems.
