I read some of the reviews which how it came back to me he is the one I had trouble with. I still feel bad about all that the referral lady went through. She seemed just a tad annoyed but sd there was someone else she could call. My dr had sd some she knew she would not refer me to. Wonder why he is not on her no list. A person would think that in Knoxville there would be more choices. BCBS is a very big ins here. I guess with limited drs they can act anyway they choose. Which is very sad to me. I am a very timid person around drs especially. It took a lot for me to cancel the appt. I want to know a diagnosis so bad. If I know then I can know what my future holds and maybe get meds so I do not hurt all the time!
