Want opinions: PCP made appt for rheumatoid arthritis specialist. Realized name was familiar read up on him on net and realized this was dr I saw several yrs ago who sd I had Psoriatic arthritis (another dr sd i didn't due to no skin rash). This dr was so rude that the 2nd time I went I took hubby. The dr spent more time fussing to jim about his weight that he really did not talk to me much. The dr is also a nutrionist. His bedside manner was so bad I never went back as I was so upset with him. I even asked the person who drew blood if he was often that way, which she sd yes and that people have complained. I called the referral person at dr and explained the problem and she is gonna find another dr. Now the question is am I over reacting? I apologized to her knowing she spent over a month trying to find someone who takes blue cross and is not too far away. Would you have done the same?
