If you cant get it fixed then please know you only have 2 years to do anything about this thur the court system. If all else fails.

I would also like to just take the time to just update everyone on the situation. Since "our" last posts, I have contacted Marianne, the original breeder and we are in the process of working things out. I have to say that I am quite confident that we can all come to compromise on the situation with Benji. Marianne sounds like a very sweet lady and I look foward into resolving the problem with her personally.
I also would like to make a note, that I have not spoken to Michael since these posts. But I do see that he is still trying to help us sell Benji as per Marianne has said.
