I am sorry for your experience with Petplan. I wouldn't want your experience to discourage other Petplan policy holders though. I have Petplan and have used it numerous times. I've never had a problem. I recently had a full GI workup for Max which cost me near $800. Petplan reimbursed me with no questions asked and in a very reasonable amount of time. I've used it for things like hurt leg, eye infection, colitis for Lily, IBD for Max...all instances I've gotten my reimbursement without any problems. |
