If it were me, I'd have to call them back and argue that. Their site clearly says 20% (or now 30%, depending on your state) for specialist/referral copays. Look at their page here and scroll down to the word coinsurance, then click on the little "?" next to it. It sounds as though someone got your 30% co-pay and their 70% reimbursement amounts reversed.
