Thanks, yes i can't get any ''special'' bath products here in Iceland since I'm propably the only person in this country who has this, I went to a doctor (allergy doctor or something I dont know what its called) and he said that many people got this maybe for a year or two , then it would go away, but i've had this since i was maybe 9 or 10 year old and I just get more and more rash and more itching with the time, I'm so scared that I will have very much allergy later when im older , I just hope not.
I try to excersice more cause im maybe 15 kilo's too fat, i go out jogging but when i sweat i get itch under my hands, on my neck and everywhere people sweat, thats really hard cause i wanna excersice more, but i do it anyway
I also dont go much out in the summer, because i get terrible headache and also cause i sweat then.
Its just new this thing that the sweat itches, it came just this summer i think, weird.
I'm propably going to the US next summer, I'm going to buy some creams and something to try to cool the itching, if there is anything like that
