Puppies go thru a very mouthy stage - part of it is from teething, but it's also bc 'mouthing' is a big part of their socialization too. It's nice to have different kinds of chews available for pups - but keep edible ones (and even some non-edibles) available ONLY when you can be present, due to choking hazard.
Have you tried re-directing them to something appropriate to chew? I did that a lot (over and over).
They will move beyond this stage
